Our Legacy Continues…

The Charles Harvey Fisher Scholarship

The Charles Harvey Fisher Memorial Scholarship (CHFMS) was established at Park Windsor Baptist Church in 1980 to encourage academic excellence. This scholarship is named after the late Deacon Charles Harvey Fisher who had a passion for the young people of the church and spent many years of planning activities with them and poured hours of his labor of love with them.

The Carolyn L. Adams Career Scholarship

The Carolyn L. Adams Career Scholarship (CLACS) was established on September 25, 2005 to honor her memory and to continue her passionate support of her church and for the academic achievement of its adult scholars. Carolyn was a lifelong learner who firmly believed that education was essential to individual success, community progress and cultural/global
